What is the experience builder and how to use it?
The experience builder creates the structure of your shared space (room) with your partner. This can be used across multiple shared partner rooms so you can speed up the onboarding of your partners without spending too much time on configuration
Introw provides you with two default experiences (Referral partnership and Reseller partnership) that can be used as a starting block or inspiration.
It is not mandatory to use the Introw experiences and you can start your own custom experience from scratch!
The default experience has tabs which you can see on top: Introduction, Deal pipeline, Documents,…
you can drag and drop these tabs
you can add new tabs
you can change the width of the page via the tab settings
or give every tab their unique name so it is easy for you partner to understand
In case you want to hide certain tabs from partner users, we offer the option to limit the access on those tabs. Learn more about tab based security
Every tab can be filled with Sections which represent the content with a room.

Asset library section for marketing content, sales material, documents, co-branded content (learn more)
and so much more..
You can easily duplicate an experience
This can be very convenient if you want to copy the structure of an experience but want to style it towards a certain segment or market where your partners are operating in.
E.g. An experience for resellers in the EU vs an experience for resellers in EMEA and while the structure for both them would be the same, you might want to change the copy to match the culture or language of your partner etc.
Simply click on the 3 dots and select Duplicate
