In a global economy, your partners shouldn't have to do mental math to understand their performance. Whether you’re working with a reseller in London or a referral partner in Tokyo, seeing data in a familiar currency builds trust and clarity.

Introw’s Multi-Currency feature allows you to display aggregated deal and pipeline data in the specific currency of your partners, while maintaining the original data integrity of your CRM.

Enabling Multi-Currency

Multi-currency is an "opt-in" feature to ensure it is only activated when you are ready for it.

  • Navigate to your Company Settings page.

  • Locate the Multi-Currency section.

  • Toggle the feature to Enabled.

How the currency synchronisation works

Once enabled, Introw does the heavy lifting for you. We automatically import the currency configurations already established in your connected CRM.

No manual setup of exchange rates or currency codes is required within Introw; we mirror the settings you've already perfected in your source of truth.

Assigning a Currency to a Partner

After the feature is enabled, a new currency field will appear on every Partner Detail page.

  1. Go to the Partners tab and select a specific partner.

  2. In the Partner Detail view, look for the Currency field.

  3. Select the appropriate currency from the dropdown menu (populated by your CRM).

From this moment on, that partner's experience is localized.

The Partner Experience: Localized totals vs. native deal data

Once a currency is linked to a partner, their partner portal provides a localized experience without losing the accuracy of the original CRM data. We use a "Best of Both Worlds" approach to ensure clarity and precision.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I don't link a currency to a partner? If no specific currency is linked to a partner, Introw will default to your organization's primary functional currency.

How often are exchange rates updated? Introw pulls currency data and conversion logic directly from your CRM. As long as your CRM rates are up to date, your Introw dashboards will be too.
