Overview
When you connect your CRM to Introw, we automatically sync all your deal and partner data. This data powers partner portal experiences, including embedded deal pipelines.
In the general deal overview, Introw users may see one of the following messages when opening a deal:
No portal yet
No deal embed yet
Both messages are informational and expected. Below we explain exactly what each one means and what to do next.
No portal yet
What this means
No portal yet means that the partner linked to this deal does not have a portal experience assigned.
Because of that:
No partner portal exists for this partner
Deals cannot be embedded yet
Partners cannot view or collaborate on deals
The deal itself is correctly synced from your CRM and remains fully visible to Introw users.
What you can do
✅ View all deal details
❌ Collaborate on the deal with the partner
This is expected until a portal experience is assigned.
How to make the deal show up in the partner portal
Go to the Experience Builder
Create or select a partner portal experience (that includes a pipeline embed)
Assign the experience to the partner
Once assigned, Introw can start showing embedded content—such as deal pipelines—for that partner.

No deal embed yet
What this means
No deal embed yet means that the partner does have a portal experience, but:
There is no deal pipeline embed in that portal yet, or
The portal includes a deal embed, but it’s configured for a different pipeline than this deal belongs to.
In other words, the portal exists, but this deal doesn’t match any embedded pipeline.
What you can do
✅ View the deal details
❌ Partners cannot yet see or collaborate on this deal
This ensures partners only see deals that are intentionally included via pipeline embeds.
How to make the deal show up in the partner portal
To include the deal in an embedded pipeline:
Go to the Experience Builder
Create or edit the partner’s portal experience
Add a deal pipeline embed section
You can add the pipeline section into your layout and configure it
Assign that experience to the partner
Once that’s done, Introw will automatically populate the embed with the right deals based on CRM attribution — no extra work for you.
