You can now embed the Introw forms directly into your website β€” making it easier than ever to capture new leads, deals, or even partner sign-ups without asking them to leave your site.

πŸ› οΈ No extra work β€” everything still syncs with your CRM
Submissions trigger the same workflows, automations, and data mapping as always.

🎯 Perfect for lead capture, partner sign-ups, or gated content
Use it for demo requests, program applications, or anything else that feeds your pipeline.

Introw forms

Inside the Introw partner portal, you can already build forms that push data straight into your CRM β€” like:

  • A lead form that creates a new contact and deal

  • A sign-up form that registers a new partner

  • A deal form that starts off a deal registration

Now, with the Embed option, you can take those same forms and drop them into your own website, landing page, or help center β€” wherever you want to meet your audience

How to Embed a Form

  1. Go to Forms β†’ Select the Form You Want to Embed

  2. Click the Share button and select Embed

  3. Copy the auto-generated HTML snippet

  4. Paste it into your website (anywhere that accepts HTML β€” like a CMS, landing page builder, or custom site)

That’s it. The form will appear on your website just like it does in your portal β€” and every submission will still trigger the same workflows in Introw and towards your CRM.
