Linking a custom domain will allow you to use your own domain for hosting your partner portal and help you better integrate Introw into your brand.

For example...

  • Instead of using the subdomain of Introw: “yourcompanyname.introw.io

  • your partner portal URL can be “partners.yourdomain.com

Connect a custom domain for your Introw partner portal

You must be on an Introw Pro plan to configure your own custom domain.

Make sure that the subdomain you are trying to add is not being used elsewhere.

Navigate to Settings > Portal, and click Configure your own domain.

Enter the domain URL you’d like to connect and use for your partner portal, e.g., partners.yourdomain.com. Click Next.

Go to the DNS page of your domain management platform and enter the TXT and CNAME records with the values provided. Click Finish

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your DNS settings to become active worldwide, depending on your hosting provider.

How to access the DNS settings of your domain

The following steps must be completed on your domain's DNS settings (not on your Introw account).
We recommend contacting your hosting provider if you need help with these steps.

  1. Log in to your domain provider (usually on your hosting).

  2. Find the DNS settings for your domain. You can find instructions on this by searching “DNS settings” + your hosting provider's name on any search engine (such as Google).

  3. Create a DNS record with CNAME type and fill out the Name and TXT Value fields given to you on your Introw account.

Just to remind you, hosting providers may refer to the Name and Value TXTs differently. They can be referred to as:

  • Name and Host

  • Domain and Value

  • Domain and Host

In some cases, the CNAME record might be referred to as the Domain Alias record.
