Your partner contact has various ways to login to their dedicated partner room. This can go via an invitation email, your partner portal link or by engaging with an notification email or slack message.
Via the partner invitation email
First of all your partner contacts can get invited to their partner room.
Check out this article to learn on how to invite your partners to their partner room.
Below we describe the flow of your partner entering the partner room for the first time when they are invited.
Step 1: Your partner will get an email invitation to access your room.
Step 2: Your partner clicks Get started and will automatically be logged into his partner room as there is a unique verification link behind it and no account is required.
💡 Introw: The link in the invitation email is valid for 7 days.
Via the partner portal link
Your partner portal has a login page that can be either on an Introw domain or self-hosted on your own domain.
For example...
via a subdomain of Introw: “yourcompanyname.introw.io”
via your custom domain like: “partners.yourdomain.com”
Below we describe the flow of your partner entering their partner room via your partner portal link.
Step 1: Your partner goes to the link of the partner portal, for example "www.partners.acme.com" and uses Google, Microsoft or enter their work email.
Step 2*: When a partner enters their work email manually, they will receive an email to verify their identity.
Step 3: Your partner clicks on the button or link to enter their partner room and will automatically be logged into his partner room.
💡 Introw: The link in the verification email is only valid for 1 hour.
Via an email notification
Your partner will receive instant notifications via email on updates, comments happening on deals, leads, tickets, tasks and so on.
Step 1: Your partner contact(s) will receive an email notification
Step 2a: by clicking on Go to Shared space, your partner will automatically be logged in and land within the partner room on the responding deal.
Step 2b: Your partner can also respond via email and Introw will capture this response as a comment the deal or lead (depending on the notification).
This functionality helps in our vision of supporting off-portal collaboration.
Via a Slack notification
You and your partner can receive instant Slack notifications on updates, comments happening on deals, leads, tickets, tasks and so on.

Step 1: Your partner contact(s) will receive a Slack notification in the linked partner channel.
Step 2: by clicking on View deal, your partner will automatically be logged in and land within the partner room on the responding deal.
