We keep partners informed and aligned on auto-pilot through email and/or Slack notifications. These notifications cover updates to CRM objects like deals, oppportunies, leads, comments, announcements, tasks, and so on. Making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
This article outlines the types of notifications partners receive, what they include, and where they show up.
CRM Object update notifications
Keep partners up to date when shared deals or CRM records are updated or key information on a shared CRM object changes.
Email: Summary of the changes, who made them, and a link to the deal (CRM record in Introw).
Slack: Instant message showing the update details with a link to view it in Introw.
Comment notifications
Ensure real-time collaboration by notifying the partner when you make comments on a deal (or shared CRM record), a comment within the partner portal or a comment on an Introw form submission.
Delivered via:
Email: Includes the comment, who posted it, an option to reply via e-mail (off portal collaboration) and a link to the form submission.
Slack: Message with the comment, the form preview and a link to jump into the partner room or view the submission.
Introw task notifications
Partners receive task update notifications whenever there are changes or progress on a task they’re involved in. These notifications help them stay informed about status updates, new comments, approaching deadlines, or any modifications made to the task details. By keeping you and your partners up to date in real time, you ensure a smooth collaboration and faster follow-ups without the need to manually check the platform.
