How does Introw track partner engagement?

Introw helps you track your partner’s engagement both within and outside the partner portal — from deal registrations and asset views to announcement emails, automated notifications, and even AI agent conversations.

Whether partners are submitting forms, reading your content, or asking questions through the AI assistant, their activity is tracked. This makes it easy to identify active partners, optimize your content or process, and follow up when needed.

What activity does Introw track?

✅ Deal, lead registration via form submissions

Track when partners register a deal, lead, ticket or custom object through custom or default forms. This gives you visibility into who’s actively contributing to your pipeline.

📄 Asset views & downloads

See which documents, decks, and resources partners engage with. You’ll know what content resonates and can optimize your portal accordingly.

📣 Announcement email engagement

Monitor open and click rates for announcement emails sent via Introw. Understand which messages are landing and which may need improvement.

✉️ Automated notification emails

Track engagement with automated emails such as deal updates or onboarding reminders. Ensure key communications are being received and read.

💬 AI assistant conversations

Capture and review questions asked by partners to the built-in AI assistant. This gives insight into common support needs and where content or messaging might need clarification.

Form submissions

Track every time a partner submits a form, like for example:

  • Deal registration forms

  • Lead referral forms

  • Partner application forms

  • Request MDF forms

  • etc.


Each submission is logged and tied to the relevant partner and submitter which can be done in-portal or outside the partner portal by using our embed form functionality or sharing a partner specific form link - more info here.

Engagement metrics will include the number of pending, accepted, and declined submissions.

Asset views & downloads

Understand which documents and materials partners are actually using by checking the asset engagement metrics.

Introw is able to track engagement on assets within and outside the partner portal and shows the following

  • Engagement (views) across all assets and partners

  • Views and clicks of specific assets

  • Frequency of engagement per partner

Automated email engagement

Any notification email sent through Introw like announcements, comments and including automated nudges and alerts on any CRM object like deal updates, ticket updates etc. are tracked for:

  • Opens

  • Clicks

  • Follow-through on calls to action

This helps you monitor how partners respond to key touchpoints.

Announcement emails

If you use Introw’s announcement email feature to send updates, event invites, or new content alerts — you can track:

  • Who opened the email

Introw AI Agent conversations
