You can easily test your AI Agent directly in the name of your partner to see how it responds to common questions. This allows you to fine-tune the knowledge base and ensure the answers reflect your tone, branding, and partner expectations—before going live.
Conversation Insights & History
Introw gives you a complete overview of all the interactions your partners have had with your AI Agent.
You can review individual conversations, see what questions were asked, how the agent responded, and evaluate the overall quality and outcome of each chat. These insights help you understand partner needs, identify common questions, and continuously improve your knowledge base and agent responses.
How partners experience it
Once activated, your partners will see the AI Agent in the bottom-right corner of their portal. They can ask questions in natural language and receive helpful answers instantly. If needed, they can still reach out to a human contact.
Stay notified
When a partner reaches out to the agent, the partnership manager is promptly notified to ensure seamless communication and timely response. This helps maintain strong relationships and ensures the partner's needs are addressed efficiently. The notification allows the manager to stay informed and take the necessary actions to support both the partner and the agent.
