Setting Up Partner Tiers

Partner tiers allow you to organize your partners based on their performance, contributions, and engagement. Each tier can be tailored with unique benefits and requirements to encourage growth and strengthen collaboration within your program.

Follow the steps below to create and manage your partner tiers:

  • Navigate to tiers
In the left hand navigation click "Settings" and select the "Tiers" menu item.

  • Create a new tier
Click "Create Tier" and enter your tier name (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold).

  • Define requirements and benefits
Specify the criteria for this tier, such as revenue targets, deal numbers, or certifications, and list the benefits partners will receive (e.g., discounts, dedicated support, or co-marketing opportunities).

  • Add a badge (optional)
You can add a badge to each partner tier, giving partners a way to showcase their achievement. These badges can be downloaded directly from the portal, reinforcing partner recognition and motivation.

  • Show and apply
Once your tiers are set up, make sure they are included in your partner rooms by adding the Rich section "Tiers" to the right template.
When they visit their room, Introw will automatically showcase their current tier and associated benefits. This ensures transparency and keeps your partners informed about their standing within the program.

Simply apply the corresponding tier to your partner and Introw will make sure to highlight your partner's tier when they visit their room.

Partners will have the option to download the badge directly from the portal, reinforcing partner recognition and motivation. They can do this from the tier overview or from the top right corner.

Partners can also embed your partner tier badge on their website using our provided embed code.
