Step 1: Make sure you create a form for new partners to sign-up.
Use the form builder of Introw to create the questions you need to ask a new partner when they sign up and map the fields against your CRM on the right side
Go to configuration to make sure that upon submission of the form the correct actions are performed in you CRM (create company, create contact, set the right partner properties, etc..)

You can also add an acceptance flow so that you can accept or reject partners applications before they are created as partners within your CRM.
Click Save to make sure your form is created
Step 2: Share or embed the form link for new partners to sign-up.
Click "share form" and use the General link to embed it on your website or share it via email to partner prospects.
Step 3: Add your partners to Introw (via Introw)
When the form is submitted (and accepted), you can go to "partners" in the left navigation bar - Click in the top right on Create partner.

Search for your newly created partner in this dropdown list as the partner has been automatically added to your CRM via the Introw form.
Step 3b: Add your partners to Introw (via Introw copilot in HubSpot)
Search for your newly created partner company in HubSpot and create a shared space via the Introw Copilot card.

Step 4: Create a room for your partner
Now that your partner is created in Introw, you can decide if you want to create a room/portal for this partner.

Extra: Add your partners to Introw (automatically)
You are able to create an automated flow via our Zapier integration for creating a new partner in Introw when you have accepted their Introw form submission.
