Add your partners to Introw via your CRM integration

When you set up the integration between Introw and your CRM, you can import your partners directly from your CRM into Introw.

Manual import

First, identify how your partners are stored within your CRM. You can then multi-select specific partners or select all, and import them into Introw. Once imported, you can start creating partner rooms and collaborate with them immediately.

Steps:

  1. Go to your CRM Integration - Configure

  2. Click Find Partners in your CRM.

  3. Select the partners you want to import.

  4. Continue with "Number” of partners.

Automated partner creation

Introw supports automated partner synchronisation. With this option, your partners are automatically synced from your CRM based on the filters you set. This ensures your partner list in Introw is always up-to-date without manual imports.

Steps:

  1. Go to your CRM Integration - Configure

  2. Click Find Partners in your CRM.

  3. Click Sync on the top right

  4. Confirm to enable auto-sync.

Enable auto-synchronization of partners from the CRM towards Introw.
