Partner Contacts in Introw are the key individuals at your partner organizations who are either:
Primary associated contacts from your CRM
Introw pulls in all associated contact(s) from your CRM, those marked as primary associated contacts on the partner (account) record.
Partner portal visitors who are granted access to your partner portal via Introw.
Any partner contact who is invited to the partner portal becomes visible in Introw as a partner contact and their email address is saved in Introw and can be pushed in to your CRM if desired
Show CRM contact properties in Introw
You can enrich each Partner Contact in Introw by displaying any contact-level property from your CRM like phone number, job title, certification status, etc..
These values will appear in the Partner people overview, providing more context for your team.

Mapping partner contact roles from your CRM
Partner roles from Introw (e.g., “Decision Maker,” “Technical Contact,” “Marketing Lead”) are used to define the access level to content within the partner portal and used for task assignment within Introw.
You can link the Partner contact role in Introw to a specific field in your CRM (e.g., a custom "Contact Role" or "Title" field).
This ensures that each contact’s role is automatically populated based on CRM data.
📌 Tip: Roles help with segmenting partner portal content and managing task assignment at scale within the partner portal.
Update partner contact information
You can edit Partner Contact details such as first name, last name, and other CRM-synced properties directly within Introw.
However, the email address cannot be edited in Introw, as it is used as the login credential for accessing the partner portal.
If a contact's email address needs to be updated, please make the change in your CRM. Once updated there, the new email will be reflected in Introw during the next sync or when the partner is re-created.
Go to Partner people page
Open relevant Partner contact
Update the field you like and this will also be updated in your CRM
Portal Access: This toggle allows you to define if the partner contact will have access or not to their Partner Portal.
