The Partner Manager is the team member responsible for managing the relationship with a specific partner. Assigning a Partner Manager ensures clear accountability and helps maintain a strong partner experience
You can assign or update the Partner Manager through the following methods:
Via the Partners overview
Navigate to the Partners overview.
Select the partner(s) you want to assign
Click the edit icon or property partner manager to be updated
Select a Partner Manager from the dropdown list and save your changes
Via the Partner detail
Go to the Partner detail.
Click on the right hand side to open the detail view.
Look for the Partner Manager field.
Click Edit, select the manager from the list, and save.
Import from your CRM
The Partner Manager field can be automatically synced based on your CRM property field that represent the partner manager
Navigate to the Partners overview
Click "Configure" on the right-hand side, select the partner manager property and click the Sync button
Map it to the appropriate field from your CRM (e.g., "Account Owner " or "Partner Manager").
The Partner Manager property in your CRM must contain a valid email address by using the Field Type HubSpot User and in SFDC it needs to be a Contact Lookup Field. If the user does not yet exist, we will automatically create an Introw account for them and assign the partner accordingly.
The CRM mapping is used only at the time of partner creation. Changes to the CRM field after a partner is created will not automatically update the Partner Manager in Introw.
Don’t have a Partner Manager field in your CRM?
No problem! If your CRM doesn’t yet have a dedicated field for the Partner Manager:
Introw can automatically create this field for you during setup.
Once created, we’ll populate it with the email addresses of the assigned Introw users for each partner.
This helps keep your CRM aligned with Introw, even if you’re just getting started with structured partner data.
