Partner activity events in your HubSpot timeline

See partner activity from Introw directly in your HubSpot contact and company timelines.

When a partner takes action in Introw — visiting their portal, submitting a form, viewing an asset, or updating a deal — Introw automatically pushes those events to the associated contact and company timeline in HubSpot.



What events are tracked

The following partner actions appear in HubSpot, each with contextual details including who took the action, which partner it came from, and when it happened:

  • Asset viewed

  • Comment made

  • Object updated (deal, lead, contact, company, ticket, ...)

  • Deal closed won

  • Form submitted

  • Portal visited


Where to find them

Events appear in the timeline of the partner's company and contact records in HubSpot.



Introw tip: Make sure Introw PRM events are included in your HubSpot activity filters. Click the filter icon in the timeline and enable Introw PRM activity events.


How it works

As long as your HubSpot integration is connected in Introw, timeline events appear automatically for any partner company and contacts matched in your CRM. No additional setup needed.
