Step 1: Create a HubSpot workflow
Navigate to Automation → Workflows in your HubSpot portal.

Choose a relevant workflow type depending on your use case that would involve the company record in HubSpot. (e.g. an update on the company-object like setting the company type = partner)
Step 2: Add the Introw PRM action
Step 3: Configure the Introw PRM action
Once added, you’ll be prompted to complete the action settings and complete the Partner Field Mapping (select the fields from the CRM record that maps to your Introw partner data, * fields are required to create a partner in Introw)
Partner Name*: select the field of the CRM record that you want to map to your Introw partner company name.
Partner Domain*: select the field of the CRM record that you want to map to your Introw partner domain.
Optional settings
Set the right partner experience
Set the right partner manager
Define the partner portal access level
Step 4: Review and publish your Workflow
Click Review and publish to save your workflow changes.
Use HubSpot’s Test feature to simulate the workflow and confirm the Introw action runs as expected.
Extra automation
You can extend the workflow builder of HubSpot with more actions like for example sending a Slack notification to the company owner and a dedicated Slack channel with your partnership team.
