Connecting HubSpot to Introw

A step-by-step guide to integrating with HubSpot

Connect your HubSpot account

  • To get started, navigate to the Settings section of your navigation bar. From there, click on Integrations and click Connect on the HubSpot card

  • Enter your Hubspot login and choose the correct Hubspot account you would like to link to Introw. After you choose the desired account, click on 'Allow access' to proceed.


Authorize Introw to connect with your HubSpot

Choose how you store your partners in HubSpot.

To be able to import partners from your CRM, we need to know how you store them.
This can be done as either a company or as custom object.

In this example: we store our partners as regular HubSpot companies.

Find your partners in your HubSpot.

Once we know how you store your partners in your CRM, we will try to find them by identifying them based on filters. This way you can decide to only import for example your Reseller partners or Integration partners by using the filters.

By default Introw will look for any companies with the type property set for Partner or Reseller.

Configure your partner attribution

Choose which objects you link to your partners and how you attribute partners to those objects.

In this example: we select the Deal and confirm that we attribute the deal object to partners via Custom properties using a property called Partner which is a dropdown list.

Introw will show which partner companies in your CRM are already linked to Introw and for which of them there are already properties linked.

If nothing is linked yet, you can connect the partner company from your CRM that you want to use for deal* attribution by linking it to the appropriate property value.

Pro Tip: In case you don' have the property value created yet for your partners within your CRM, Introw will help you with this by clicking on manage property values. Introw will create the property value in HubSpot and link it to the right partner company.

Attributing other HubSpot objects to partners

In Introw, you can configure how you link your partners in HubSpot to multiple objects like Deals, Leads, Tickets, etc.

You can follow the same flow as described above and identify which object you attribute to partners and how that attribution is done within your HubSpot account.

​Finish the configuration

Make sure to Finish the configuration so Introw can start gathering all the data from your CRM and setup all your partners in no time.

Once this is done, Introw will automatically create your lead, deal or ticket pipelines for your specific partners and keep them up-to-date in real-time without leaving your partner portal.
