Below you can find a detailed description of all the steps you need to take to link your Hubspot deals to Introw via Custom objects.
Make sure you have connected your Introw account to the right Hubspot account. If not, please check out this article: connecting-hubspot-to-introw
Step 1
Navigate to the Settings section of your navigation bar.
Click on Integrations
Step 2
Choose how you store your partners in Hubspot.
In this example: we store our partners as a custom object in Hubspot called "Partner".
Step 3
Choose how you attribute partners to your CRM objects.
In this example: we select Associations
Step 4
Choose which objects you link with your custom object
In this example: we select the deal object that we link to our custom object "Partner" via associations labels.
Step 5
Which association label do you use to link a deal with your custom object?
In this example: we select the association label "Partner deal" that can be associated to our custom object
Step 6
Introw will show which partners in your CRM are already linked to Introw and which objects are associated to it via a custom object.
If nothing is linked yet -> Click on the 3 dots icon to create a partner in Introw or link to an existing one.
