Manage the notifications for your partners and team

There are different types of Introw notifications that you can configure for seamless updates for your partners and your team.

Default notifications

Within your navigation you can click on ๐Ÿ”” notifications to see which events are default configured for your partner rooms and your internal team. Stay updated on every event, comment, or mention or opt-out if you prefer.

Choose via which channel you and your partners want to be kept up-to-date.

  • Email: Introw will send an email to you or your partner (depending on the event) whenever the event is triggered

  • Slack: via our integration with Slack, you can allow Introw to send updates to your shared partner channels or internal partnership channel

List of notifications that can be enabled:

  • Deal creation and updates

  • Form submissions

  • Task assignment and updates

  • Comments and mentions

  • Room visits

Partner contact notifications

Within the partner detail you can allow users to be left out from any Introw notifications.
In case there are related contacts from your partner (like a CEO) that you don't want to get notified by emails you can disable the notifications for them.

Team user notifications

Within the team user detail you can manage which notifications to send to your team members.

In case there are team members (like a partner marketeer) that you don't want to get notified by deal updates for example you can disable these notifications for them.

User profile

Easily manage your personal settings from your user avatar. Update your profile details and customize your notification preferences to stay informed about the updates that matter most to you.
