Introw offers a great way to collaborate with your partners and their related contacts by clicking on Activity in the top right corner of the room.
Engage your partners by easily informing them about updated sections (newly added documents, tasks, forms, etc.), or use mentions when welcoming them in the shared space. You can also dive deeper by working seamlessly together in the new deal detail section.
Room activity
Room visits
All users are tracked when they enter your digital partnership room. This is not visible for the room visitors itself in terms of privacy protection.
The assigned partner manager of the partner will get an email notification when there is a visitor.
Mentions and comments
Remark: Introw will send out an email every 2 hours containing all new comments to avoid spamming your partner's mailbox.
Mentions
You can simply mention any related contact of your partner by using the @-symbol.Mentioned users will receive an email notification
Comments
You can comment on specific sections via the 💬 next to a section or on the shared space in general via the activity panel.
Section comments
You and your partner can comment on specific sections within your shared space by using the chat bubble 💬 next to the section. The comments and mentions will be linked to that section.
Deal activity
See all deal activity in a glimpse to see which progress your partner is making or give a transparant view to your partner on how you are moving along with that deal you are working on.
Partner managers (your internal Introw users), the partnership champion (the main partner contact) and all enabled partner contacts of the shared partner room (with their notifications enabled) will get an email notification when there is a deal update.
