The Activity panel in Introw gives you and your partners a shared, real-time view of everything happening across the partnership — from portal visits to deal updates to comments. Click Activity in the top right corner of any partner portal to open it.
Portal visits
Every time a partner or one of their contacts visits the portal, it's tracked automatically. Visit data is only visible to you — not to the partner.
The assigned partner manager receives an email notification each time a partner visits.
Mentions and comments
Note: Introw batches comment emails and sends them every 2 hours to avoid inbox overload for your partners.
Mentions
Use the @-symbol to mention any related contact of the partner. Mentioned users receive an email notification immediately.
Comments
You and your partner can comment on any shared CRM object (deals, leads, companies, tickets), tasks, form submissions, and within the portal itself. All comments sync to your CRM automatically.
Deal activity
The deal activity feed shows you what progress your partner is making — and gives your partner full transparency into how you're moving their deals forward.
Partner managers, the primary partner contact, and all enabled partner contacts with notifications on will receive an email when a deal update occurs.
Introw tracks the following deal events:
Deal or CRM object updates — when a tracked property like deal amount or close date is updated
New CRM object added — when a deal, company, contact, or ticket is added to the portal
Deal closed won — when a deal moves to Closed Won
Deal comments — comments left by either side on a shared deal
