What is an announcement?
An announcement is a great way to keep your partners informed and ensure your product or service stays top of mind. With Introw, you can create multiple announcements to communicate updates, send them via email, and display them in your partner room.

How does it work?
Go to the navigation item > Announcements
Configure your announcement
Send from: You can choose who will be shown as the sender of your announcements. This can done by a specific person (like head of partner marketing) or dynamically based on the corresponding Partner Owner of the partner that is receiving the announcement.
Audience: Select which partners the announcement applies to.
Assign Replies To: You can choose who will be informed from partner replies in your announcements. These replies can be a addressed to a specific person or dynamically to the corresponding Partner Owner of the partner that is replying.
Thumbnail (optional): Add an appealing preview to grab your partner’s attention when they visit their room.
Audience: Select which partners the announcement applies to.
Pop-up: Choose to display an in-app message when your partner visits their room
Create an announcement
By using the editor you can craft your announcement, including a title, content, and other optional elements like an image or CTA button.
You can check out how your announcement will look like on web or mobile and save a draft in case you don't want to publish it yet to your partners.
In case you want to test it, click Test and enter an email on which you want to receive the announcement email you just made.
After you have tested, you can easily nudge your partners by publishing an announcement and sending an announcement email. Introw will notify all relevant contacts of the selected partners via email and automatically display the announcement in the announcements section within their partner room.

When you create an announcement, it can be displayed in the partner room by including the announcement section in the template.
If multiple announcements are created, they will be displayed as a list with the most recent appearing at the top.
Bonus: enabling the 'Show pop-up' option ensures your partners see an in-app notification as soon as they visit their room.pp popup.
An In-app popup will allow you to create more engagement among your partners when they visit their partner portal.
Track engagement of your announcements
Introw automatically tracks partner engagement to help you understand how actively your partners are interacting with your announcements. So you’ll get a clear picture of how engaged each partner is—making it easier to identify if your content is relevant or you need to re-engage some partners.
