Sharing performance data with partners usually means exporting a report, building a slide, and sending an email only for it to be outdated by the time they open it. By embedding a report or dashboard in your partner portal, your partners always have access to their latest numbers without you having to lift a finger.
Introw automatically scopes any embedded report or dashboard to the partner visiting the portal, so every partner sees only their own data.
Reports vs. dashboards in the portal
Both reports and dashboards can be embedded anywhere in your portal — it's entirely up to you how you use them. That said, here's how teams often approach it:
A single report works nicely as a widget on the home page — for example, a number showing deals registered in the last 30 days gives partners a live snapshot every time they log in without overwhelming them.
A dashboard tends to fit well as a dedicated section under its own tab — like a Partner Performance page where partners can explore their deal pipeline, revenue contribution, and engagement all in one place.
There's no right or wrong way. The best setup is the one that makes the portal most useful for your partners.
💡 Introw Tip: Focus on metrics that are meaningful to a partner — deals closed, revenue generated, average deal size, tickets resolved, certifications completed. An internal partner leaderboard, for example, isn't something a partner needs to see.
How to embed a report or dashboard
The flow is the same whether you're embedding a report or a dashboard — it works just like the rest of the Experience Builder.
Step 1: Open the Experience Builder
In your Introw sidebar, navigate to the Experience Builder and open the partner experience where you want to add the report or dashboard.
Step 2: Add a section
Click + Add Section and select Report or Dashboard from the list of available section types.
Step 3: Select your report or dashboard
From the overview, choose which report or dashboard you want to embed. Only reports or dashboards you've already created in Introw will appear here.
Step 4: Save and publish
Click Save and publish the changes in the experience builder. The section will now appear in your partner portal.
When a partner visits their portal, Introw automatically filters the content to display only their data: their deals, their activity, their performance. No additional configuration needed.
What your partners will see
Each partner sees a live version of the report or dashboard scoped entirely to their own data. If you embed a deal revenue report, they'll see their deals. If you embed an engagement dashboard, they'll see their own portal activity.
Partners cannot see data from other partners and have no visibility into your internal reports or dashboards.
