How to unlink the experience from a partner portal?

A partner portal is linked to a partner experience and this defines the look and feel and which content or information will be present within the room.

Once a partner portal is created, you can remove or unlink the partner experience.

If you want to start a partner portal from scratch for a partner you can delete the partner from Introw and re-add them so the portal link no longer exists.
Make sure your partner is informed before you do this, in case you have already shared a partner portal link with them.

Via the partner overview

  • Go to the partner overview and select your partners

  • Click "Unlink experience"

  • Or click on the 3 dots on partner record and select "Unlink experience"

  • Confirm that you want to unlink the experience of the partner portal(s).

❗ Introw Tip: "Unlinking the experience will delete the partner portal and erase all activity and engagement data.

The partner info like CRM attribution, tier level, commission plan, tasks, etc. will be kept, but partner contacts will lose access to the partner portal.

How to update the experience of a partner portal?

Via the experience builder overview

  • Go to the experience builder overview and select your experience

  • Click "Link Partners" via the link icon or the 3 dots.

  • Choose which partners you want to link to that experience.

  • Click on "Link Partners" and Introw will update their portals with the selected experience.

  • Optionally, you can send a message to your partner to notify them that their partner portal has been updated.

Via the experience builder detail

  • When you preview a partner portal

  • Click on edit in the portal editor preview detail

  • Select "Switch experience"

  • Choose the experience you want to apply to the partner portal.
