Creating a partner portal in Introw starts from the partner detail page. Each portal is built from an experience — a pre-configured template that defines the sections, forms, and pipelines your partner will see.
How to create a portal
Step 1 — Go to the partner detail page
Navigate to the partner you want to create a portal for.
Step 2 — Click Apply experience
Introw offers default experiences with pre-built sections, forms, and pipelines so you don't have to start from scratch. Choose the experience that matches the partner type — for example, a lightweight one for new partners or a more advanced one for top-tier partners.
Step 3 — Preview and confirm
Use View portal to see exactly what your partner will see before you invite them. Once you're happy with it, the portal is ready.
Introw tip: You can apply different experiences to different partners and switch them at any time — without losing any existing deal or activity history.
