The best way of engaging with your partners is by going over a shared sales pipeline.

Introw offers the functionality to create shared pipelines for Deals, Leads, Contacts, Companies and even support tickets all synced from your connected CRM.

Example of shared deal pipeline.

Manage multiple deal pipelines with ease

With Introw, you can create and share multiple pipelines directly in your partner portal—giving your partners a clear view of every deal type and stage. Whether you’re managing new opportunities, upsells, renewals, or onboarding processes, each pipeline can be customized and displayed to suit your collaboration needs. This flexibility makes it easy to keep partners aligned, build trust through transparency, and streamline how deals progress across different workflows.

How to set this up?

Go to Experience builder and start setting it up right now!

Step 1: Click Add section

Select your CRm (in this case Hubspot is linked) and choose the desired object for creating a shared pipeline.
In this article we discuss the shared deal* pipeline.

Step 2: Select your pipeline

Select the pipeline from your CRM that you want to use.

Step 3: Configure your pipeline stages

Configure the stages you want to show or hide from the pipeline view. You can also rename them in case you don't want to share the internal channel name to your partners.

Step 4: Set your filters

💡 Introw tip: make sure the linked partner association or property is selected in your filters to see the real magic

Once your CRM is connected and you have defined which objects you link to your partner, Introw will automatically set the right association or property filter so your Partner will only see their deals*.

Step 5: Configure views

In the Configure views step, you can define how deals are displayed for your partners. Choose which default views are available, adjust filtering and remove any views that aren’t relevant. This helps ensure your partners see a clean, focused deal overview that aligns with how they work and makes it easier for them to track progress at a glance.

Step 6: Configure the properties

In the Configure properties settings, you can control which deal properties are visible to your partners and how they are shared. Rename, hide, or reorder properties to tailor the deal view to your partner’s needs.

For each property, decide whether it should appear as a header, be sortable (ascending or descending), remain editable by partners, or be hidden entirely by selecting don’t share property.

For any CRM object fields such as deal stage, close date, or amount, enable notifications so partners are alerted immediately when changes occur. Notifications are sent for updates made both in Introw and directly in your CRM, ensuring partners can act quickly on important changes without needing to constantly check for updates.

This keeps deals moving forward, reduces manual follow-ups, and ensures everyone stays aligned on the most critical information.

Choose the header of the deal card

By default Introw shows the Primary account linked to the deal as the card header which is most commonly the end customer you and your partner are working with. But you can change this to another property in case you want to have the deal name for example to be the card header.

Step 7: Set your collaboration options

Use the configuration cards to control what your partners can see and edit on each deal. These cards make it quick to grant the right visibility and editing permissions, so partners have the info they need without exposing sensitive data.

Contact visibility: Let partners view the related contacts from your CRM.

  • Show related contacts

  • Include phone numbers (GDPR)

  • Allow to create new contacts on the deal.

Quotes & Line Items: Configure quote and line item permissions for partners.

  • Show and allow line item editing

  • Show and allow quote creation

When you allow partners to create a quote, define these key steps to ensure it’s accurate and enforceable.

  • Choose a template: Select the quote layout from your CRM that you want partners to use.

  • Require a signature: Decide if the partner or customer must sign before the quote is finalized.

  • Set payment method: Specify how payments will be collected to streamline processing.

  • Set expiration lock date: Define when the quote expires as after this date, partners won’t be able to make any changes.

Step 8: New deal registration

Link your Introw form if you want your partners to create a new deal* directly from the shared pipeline.

Introw will show a create button on the shared pipeline once a form is linked.

Last step: Make sure you save the pipeline section.

Finally, save your changes to the shared pipeline and publish the experience to ensure all linked partner portals are updated.
