When selling through your ecosystem, partners represent your brand — but many lack the resources to create professional collateral themselves. Instead of customising documents one by one, you can prepare your existing PDF with a few placeholder fields and upload it to Introw's asset library. From there, Introw takes care of the rest.
When a partner downloads the asset, their logo and name are automatically inserted into the predefined fields in the PDF — no manual work required on your end.
What you'll need
Adobe Acrobat (Standard paid plan or higher) to prepare your PDF template
Your existing sales or marketing PDF
Partner logos in Introw (auto-captured from your CRM, enrichment tools, or uploaded manually)
Step 1 — Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat
Open Adobe Acrobat and go to All Tools.
Select Prepare a Form.
Open your PDF file.
❗ Important: When the form editor opens, make sure to disable the "Automatically detect form fields" setting. This prevents Acrobat from adding unwanted fields to your document.
Step 2 — Add placeholder fields
Place form fields wherever you want partner information to appear — typically where a logo or partner name would sit.

Insert an Image field component at the desired position.
Open Properties and set:

Insert a Text field component at the desired position.
Open Properties and set:

💡 Introw Tip: The default values ("LOGO HERE" / "PARTNER NAME") act as visible placeholders in the asset preview, so partners immediately understand where their information will appear before downloading.
Step 3 — Save and upload your PDF
Once your fields are in place:
Save your PDF.
Go to your Asset Library in Introw and upload the PDF.
Introw will automatically detect the Introw.partner.logo and Introw.partner.name fields and replace them with the correct partner information when the asset is downloaded.
