When you want to distribute content to a broad partner audience while still keeping control over who sees what, the available to filters make it easy. You can configure these filters to automatically make assets available to the right group of partners based on attributes like partner tier, partner phase, experience, and partner role.

What are asset filters?

Asset filters are rules you apply to an asset to control which partners can access it. Filters ensure that each partner sees only the content that is relevant to them, based on their profile, role, and data synced from your CRM.

Asset filters can be based on both partner attributes and CRM properties, including:

Introw filter options

These filters are based on information maintained directly in the Introw platform or in sync with CRM properties (like partner tier and partner role)*.

  • Partner Phase
Share assets based on where a partner is in their journey
    (e.g., Onboarding, Activation, Growth).

  • Partner Tier
Control access to content by partner tier
    (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum).

  • Partner Categories
Use flexible, platform-agnostic categories to group partners in any way that fits your program. Categories are fully customizable and can be defined freely.
Examples: Reseller, Distributor, Technology Partner, Strategic Partner, EMEA Focus, SMB Specialist.

  • Experience
Ensure assets are visible only to partners within the appropriate partner experience.

  • Partner Role
Make assets available only to partner contacts with specific roles
(e.g., Sales, Marketing, Solution Architect, Customer Success), ensuring each role gets access to the most relevant materials.

CRM Filter Options

These filters use partner data synced from your CRM to refine access further like for example:

  • Region or country

  • Partner type

  • Partner account status

  • Custom CRM fields specific to your partner program

Embed all assets before applying filters

Before you can use filters, you’ll first need to add your assets into the Experience where they’ll be made available. Once assets are placed within an Experience, asset filters are applied dynamically — meaning that as partners meet the asset filter criteria (based on their phase, tier, role, or experience), they’ll automatically gain access. This ensures that distribution is seamless and continuously updated without requiring you to manually re-share assets.

Apply filters to an asset

  • Open the asset you want to apply a filter on

  • Click the Add filter button next to "Available to"

  • Choose one or more filters and set the right values.

    • Partner Phase

    • Partner Tier

    • Experience

    • Partner Role

    • CRM properties

  • Click Save.

The asset is now only visible to all partners that meet the filter criteria.

Introw remark: When you click Preview on an Experience, the attributes of the partner you select (such as Partner Role, Partner Tier, Partner Phase, and Experience level) will be applied on the assets you will see. This allows you to see exactly which assets that partner would see based on the Available to filters.

Example Use Cases

  • Training Guides → Make onboarding materials available to partners in the Onboarding phase.

  • Sales Playbooks → Provide extensive playbooks to your Gold and Platinum partners.

  • Technical Documentation → Share advanced integration guides to the Solution Architect partner contact.

  • Marketing Kits → Make promotional assets available to the Marketing role in the Growth phase.
