The Introw Product Library ensures your partners always quote from the same product data as your CRM—without any manual imports or maintenance.

Managing product lists for partners often means exporting data from the CRM, maintaining spreadsheets, and manually updating prices or SKUs when something changes.

With the Introw Product Library, all products are automatically imported from your CRM and kept in sync daily. You can then apply partner-specific pricing rules on top of this data, without duplicating or managing products in multiple systems.

This keeps your product catalog consistent, up to date, and easy for partners to use when generating quotes.

How Introw's product library works

The Introw Product Library is built directly on top of your CRM product catalog. Once your CRM is connected, products are automatically linked to Introw and kept up to date through a daily sync. The Product Library is currently available for HubSpot, with Salesforce support coming soon. There is no need for manual uploads, imports, or ongoing product maintenance in Introw.

Please note:

  • If your CRM connection was created before January 1, 2026, you’ll need to reconnect your CRM to enable the Product Library.

  • Only active (non-archived) products are synced.

Introw remark: If you don’t see the Product Library option after reconnecting, please contact your Introw account manager.

Your CRM remains the single source of truth and Introw will extend it to partners.

On top of this synced catalog, you can configure two things:

  • Partner segmentation (product visibility)

  • Discount settings (pricing rules)

Partner segmentation: control product visibility

Partner segmentation defines which partners are allowed to see and use a product line item.

This is especially useful when:

  • Some products are meant only for internal sales teams

  • Different partner types sell different offerings

  • Products vary by market, region, or partner role

How segmentation works

You can segment product visibility using:

  • Introw partner properties, such as:

    • Partner experience (Reseller, Referral, etc.)

  • CRM properties, such as:

    • Partner type

    • Country

    • Any custom CRM field

💡 Introw Tip: Only partners matching the defined conditions will see the product when creating quotes. This allows you to reuse one CRM product catalog while exposing the right subset to each partner.

Discount settings: define partner pricing

Once product visibility is defined, you configure how discounts are applied.

Introw supports two discount models: partner based discounts and tier-based discounts

Partner-based discounts

Discounts can be applied dynamically based on a partner-related CRM property, for example:

  • Partner (Company) property in your CRM: Partner Discount %

This allows you to manage discounts at scale directly from your CRM, without updating individual products.

Tier-based discounts

You can also define discounts based on partner tiers, such as:

  • 10% discount for Bronze partners

  • 15% discount for Gold partners

Tier-based discounts are ideal when pricing is standardized across partner levels.

Partner Experience

From the partner’s perspective:

  • They see only relevant, approved products

  • Prices are pre-filled with the correct discount

  • They can edit line items and quantities

  • Quotes can be generated directly in Introw while product data remains aligned with your CRM.
