Deliver the right message to the right partners, every time. With audience-based Partner Announcements, you can now target updates based on partner properties and CRM filters β€” helping you communicate more effectively, reduce noise, and increase engagement.

What are audience-based announcements?

Audience-based announcements let you define a specific group of partners or partner contacts to receive your message. Instead of sending updates to all partners or linked partner portal experiences, you can also focus on those for whom the message is relevant.

This feature is ideal for:

  • Product updates for select partner tiers

  • Regional compliance reminders

  • Incentives for high-performing or active partners

  • Targeted event invitations

By tailoring announcements to specific audiences, your partners receive information that matters most to them.

Defining your audience

When creating a segmented announcement, you can define your audience using CRM filters or Introw partner properties. Filters can include:

  • Partner Tier (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze)

  • Industry (e.g., SaaS, Retail, Healthcare)

  • Region or Location

  • Partner Activity Level (e.g., active, inactive)

  • Contact Persona (e.g., decision-maker, technical contact)

Once your audience is defined, the announcement will only be sent to partners matching those criteria.

How to create a segmented announcement?

  • Go to Announcements in the Partner Portal Admin.

  • Click Create New Announcement.

  • Choose whether to use Introw AI or manual creation.

  • In the Audience section configure your segmented audience.

    • Apply CRM filters or Introw partner properties to define your target group.

  • Complete the announcement details (title, content, thumbnail, pop-up settings).

  • Review and publish.

Your announcement will now be send and only appear to the defined partners in the audience across the portal, email, and Slack.
