If a matching record exists, Introw updates or routes accordingly based on your configuration.

AI Channel conflict detection

Introw goes beyond duplicate detection. It also performs AI-powered channel conflict detection to ensure there are no partner overlaps.

This means Introw checks:

  • Whether another partner is already working on the same deal

  • Whether the same partner has already submitted the opportunity

  • Whether there are existing related records that indicate a conflict
