Overview

Task templates empowers you to create predefined lists of tasks that can be applied for specific needs, such as onboarding new partners, managing partner training , or setting up recurring workflows.
By defining structured task lists, you can ensure that every partner is guided through a consistent onboarding process, equipped with the right training resources, and aligned with your operational goals.

This feature helps your team save time, maintain consistency, and avoid missed steps, while giving your partners a clear roadmap to success within your program.

Manage task templates

Manage your task templates within the Templates navigation item and start adding those recurring tasks to the template that your partners or your team need to accomplish.

Create a task template

Easily create a task template by clicking Create task template or use one of Introw's suggested task templates and overwrite them to your needs.

The due date and assignee are variable options that will be applied when assigning the task template to your partner.

For example:

The due date of the Sign NDA task should be 1 day after you assign the task template to your partner. If you assign the task template to your partner on the 10th of January, the due date will be set to 11th of January.

Assigning task templates

On the partner detail, within the task tab you will be able to add tasks from template by clicking Add task > Add from template.

Choose which task template you want to assign to your partner and click Use template.
