Introw roles
Introw offers role-based access control (RBAC), allowing you to manage user permissions based on their responsibilities within your partner program. Introw comes with 4 preconfigured roles by default: Admin, Partner Manager, Member, and CRM user, each designed to streamline access and maintain control across your partnership ecosystem.

You can customize these roles by renaming them or adjusting their permissions to suit your needs. Additionally, you have the flexibility to create your own roles and assign a specific set of permissions to match your workflow.

Enable or revoke full access to all features and settings across the platform with a single toggle.
CRM Copilot (Free)
Only allow access to Introw partner rooms via the CRM Copilot feature. Learn more
This role cannot modify any configurations in Introw and does not count toward your paid user seats. Enabling this will disable all other permissions.
Partner Access Restriction
Restrict the user’s access to only the partners they are assigned to, limiting visibility and actions to relevant partner data.
Portal
Customize the look, feel, and rules of the partner portal, including branding elements and access settings.
Templates
Create and manage templates for partner interactions, such as forms, emails, and workflows, to maintain a consistent experience.
Integrations
Configure and oversee third-party integrations. Manage API connections and control how data is shared across systems.
Team
Add, remove, and manage team members and define their access levels and permissions within the platform.
