Introw offers role-based access control (RBAC), allowing you to manage user permissions based on their responsibilities within your partner program. Introw comes with three preconfigured roles by default: Admin, Partnership Manager, and CRM User, each designed to streamline access and maintain control across your partnership ecosystem.
You can find all roles under Settings > Team > Roles. From here you can see each role's name, the number of assigned users, and when it was created or last updated.
You can customize these roles by renaming them or adjusting their permissions to suit your needs. Additionally, you have the flexibility to create your own roles and assign a specific set of permissions to match your workflow.
Access types
When editing a role, Introw lets you choose from four access types that determine the baseline level of access for that role:
Admin
Grants all permissions on all Introw settings. Users with this access type have full control over every feature and setting across the platform.
Custom
Allows you to manually configure individual permissions. Choose exactly which features a user can access by toggling each permission on or off.
Partner Manager
Limits the user to managing only their assigned partners. This restricts visibility and actions to relevant partner data.
CRM Only User
Limits users to managing their partners through the CRM with no configuration options. This role is ideal for users who only need access to Introw via the CRM card integration. Learn more
Permissions
For each access type, you can toggle individual permissions on or off to control what team members can see and manage within Introw.
Each permission maps directly to a section in the navigation — so you can grant or restrict access at a granular level per access type.
Portal
Manage access to different modules of Introw.
Portal — Control access to portal configuration, including branding and access settings.
Experiences — Create and manage experiences for partner interactions, such as forms, emails, and workflows.
Settings
Manage team members and their access permissions.
Integrations — Configure and oversee third-party integrations, API connections, and data sharing across systems.
Team — Add, remove, and manage team members and define their access levels within the platform.
Billing — Access billing information, payment methods, and invoice history.
Notifications
Introw allows you to configure email notifications on a per-role basis. Navigate to the Notifications tab when editing a role to choose which email notifications users with that role receive.
Notifications are organized by category (e.g. Deals). For each notification type such as Deal updates, New deal, Sleeping deal, or Deal closed won — you can choose from four options:
All partners: Receive notifications for activity across all partners.
Own partners: Only receive notifications related to partners assigned to the user.
Collaborating only: Only receive notifications for partners the user is collaborating with.
Disabled: Turn off notifications entirely for that type of notification.
Not all options are available for every notification type. Some notifications — such as portal visits or form submissions — only support a subset of these options.
You can also use the toggle at the top of each category to enable or disable all notifications within that group at once.
