Partner experience example

Check out the video below how a partner will experience the partner portal.

Learn how to build this by yourself

Dynamic introduction

Automatically personalize the introduction by displaying the assigned partnership manager to each partner when they log in.

Make it easy for partners to reach you

Embedding your meeting links within your room offers your partner an easy way to get in contact with you or the necessary person.
Make sure to add the meeting link to your team members detail page so it can be used within the rooms of their partners within the dynamic introduction section.

You can also embed the full meeting link if you want by adding a Meeting section.

Dynamic Variables

Using variables in your experience builder is a great way to personalize your rooms at scale.
Variables can be added by using the { key on your keyboard or entering a / and simply select dynamic variables and the option you want and it will be placed into your partner experience: e.g. Partner First name

Your Brand, Your Portal

Shape every section by applying your branding. Embedding your marketing materials like banners, background, header colours, and ensuring partners stay immersed in your brand identity.

  • Header color: Sets the background of the top navigation bar in the partner portal.

  • Background color: Defines the main portal’s overall background.

  • Button color: Applies to all primary call-to-action buttons.

  • Button text color: The text inside primary call-to-action buttons. Be sure to choose a color that contrasts with the button for readability.

  • Active tab color: Highlights the tab currently in use within the partner portal.

Keep your Partners aligned

Keeping your partners focused with Introw's task section. This is a smart section that will be prefilled within the partner room including the tasks for that specific partner.

Elevate your content’s appearance

Learn how to enhance your content by resizing images, adding colors, and formatting elements to make it visually appealing and engaging.

For some content in your Introw rooms it would be nicer for you and your partners to see it in a more expanded view or even in full page mode.
We offer this functionality on the tab level by clicking the 3 dots on the tab.

  • select layout and choose

    • Centered

    • Expanded

    • Full width (best used for deal pipelines)*

Full Width Layout
This layout gives you maximum horizontal space but does not include navigation. If you add multiple sections, users will need to scroll through the page. Best suited for single, wide views like deal pipelines

Use the section area to its full potential by maximising your content within a specific section. This will eliminate the white borders around your content.

Section Backgrounds
Tailor each section of your partner portal with custom background colors, creating a cohesive look that reflects your brand across every widget.

Text & Font
Personalize your portal’s look and feel by selecting custom text colors and fonts, ensuring every word aligns with your brand’s style.

Organize your content with ease

Create structure within your room by simply dividing the section in 2 or 3 equal parts or you can manually resize the content to your liking

Simplify and make your content more digestible by applying tab restrictions based on partner roles. Not all partner users need access to the full range of content—this ensures that only relevant content is visible to specific partner contacts, preventing information overload and keeping the experience focused and manageable.
Learn more about role based access control

As example below: a regular partner contact will only see the tabs that have no role restrictions applied to them to keep it easy and not overwhelming.

Customise the partner portal to reflect your company’s branding, including logos, colours, and messaging to improve the partner’s experience!
