What is a template and how to use it?

A template defines the structure of your shared space (room) with your partner. This can be used across multiple shared partner spaces so you can speed up the onboarding of your partners without spending too much time on configuration

Introw provides you with two default templates (Referral partnership and Reseller partnership) that can be used as a starting block or inspiration.

It is not mandatory to use the Introw templates and you can start your own custom template from scratch!

  • The default template has tabs which you can see on top: Sales Collaboration, Documents,…

    • you can drag and drop these tabs

    • you can add new tabs

    • or give every tab their unique name so it is easy for you partner to understand

  • Every tab can be filled with Sections for example

    • A mutual action pipeline

    • A lead or deal form

    • Product overviews

    • Marketing content, Sales presentations

    • and so much more..

  • You can change the branding of the template which will reflect in your room

    • Click on the "Configure" Icon > Branding

  • You can also duplicate a template

This can be very convenient if you want to copy the structure of a template but want to style it towards a certain segment or market where your partners are operating in.

E.g. A template for resellers in the EU vs a template for resellers in EMEA

while the structure for both them would be the same, you might want to change the copy to match the culture or language of your partner etc.

    • Simply click on the 3 dots on the right hand side and select Duplicate
