The new year 2026 started with major improvements to Introw, designed to give admins and partners more flexibility, automation, and visibility. From smarter learning workflows to targeted communications and portal enhancements, here’s a deep dive into everything new this month.

Make partner training smarter and more flexible

Partners can now get the right training at the right time, without extra follow-ups. Courses can be automatically assigned based on your CRM filters, and deadlines can be set as fixed dates or relative to when a course starts—like 30 days after starting or before year-end.

  • Auto-enrollment based on CRM filters
Automatically enroll partners in the right courses based on CRM attributes like partner type, region, or certification status. This reduces manual work and ensures partners get the training they need, when they need it.

  • Flexible Deadlines
    Courses can now have:

    • Fixed deadlines: e.g., Must be completed before December 31, 2026.

    • Relative deadlines: e.g., Complete within 30 days after starting.

  • Adaptive Assessments
You can now allow questions to be skipped or failed, with a maximum number of attempts configurable per course.

  • Passing Scores & Certificates
Set the minimum score required to pass a course. Certificates are automatically issued if partners meet the threshold.

Saved views for your partners (across CRM objects)

You can now create and save custom views for any shared partner object from your CRM, directly visible in the partner portal.
While deals are the most common use case, this also works for leads, tickets, contacts, cases, projects, and more. Use saved views to guide partners toward what’s most important, improve follow-ups, and keep your pipelines clean. Learn more

Stop wasting time setting the same filters daily. You can now pre-configure and save Dynamic Views as permanent tabs within a pipeline section in the Partner Portal.

  • Scalable Clarity: You define the views your partners see, such as "New Leads to Claim" or "Closing This Month."

  • Frictionless Experience: Partners get a "ready-to-work" overview the moment they enter the portal, with no manual filtering required.

Targeted Partner Announcements

To make communications even more relevant, you can now send segmented partner announcements to specific partner audiences defined by CRM filters or Introw properties. This lets you tailor updates based on criteria like:

  • Partner tier

  • Industry

  • Region

  • Partner activity level

  • Contact persona

  • And more...

With segmented announcements, you can share product updates, incentives, or key reminders only with the partners who need them — reducing noise and improving engagement. For example:

  • Announce a new co‑marketing offer exclusively to Gold‑tier partners.

  • Share compliance deadlines with partners in a specific region.

  • Notify partners who have been most active about advanced training opportunities.

This capability helps you deliver more personalized and impactful communication, so partners receive updates that matter to their business and priorities. Learn more
