Create and manage pipeline views in the portal experience builder

The Portal Experience builder lets you allow to add a pipeline section and configure which pipeline to display, which deal properties to show, and provides pre-configured views to help you quickly focus on deals that matter. You can now create your own views, rename them, and apply custom filters to tailor the pipeline to your needs.

The deal pipeline section

When you open the pipeline section in the Experience Builder, 4 default views are available:

  • All: Shows all deals in the selected pipeline.

  • Due: Deals that need to close this week.

  • Overdue: Deals that should have been closed before today.

  • Inactive: Deals that are not closed and have not had any activity in the last month.

These views provide a quick way to monitor deal health, deadlines, and engagement but you can edit them however you want by adjusting the filters, renaming them or creating new views.

How to create a new view

  1. Navigate to Portal Experience → Pipeline section in the Experience Builder.

  2. Click configure ⚙️ and navigate to Configure views

  3. Click Add View.

    1. Give your view a clear name (you can rename it later for language reasons).

    2. Use the filter options to narrow down the deals you want to see.
      Examples can be:

      1. Created date or close date (with a rolling date range like This quarter, this month, etc..)

      2. Deal owner or deal stage (e.g., New, In Progress, Won, Lost)

      3. Deal Type or Size

      4. Region or Country

      5. Any deal property you have in your CRM.

  4. Click Save. Your new view now appears in the Views tab.
