Create and manage views in the Deal Overview

Learn how to create, update, and organize saved deal views in your Deal Overview so you can quickly access the deals that matter most.

The Deal Overview gives you a complete picture of all your deals and pipeline activity across your partner deals. To make it easier to focus on the segments that matter most to you, you can use Views — saved combinations of filters that you can reuse anytime.


How to Create a Deal View

  1. Go to your Deal Overview.

  2. Use the filter options at the top (e.g., Deal Stage, Pipeline, Close Date, Owner, Amount, etc. ) to narrow down the deals you want to see.

  3. Once your filters are set, click Create view.

  4. Give your view a clear name (e.g., “High-value Deals”, “Closing This Month”, “My Open Pipeline”).

  5. Choose whether you want to save it as:

    • Private View – visible only to you.

    • Shared View – available to everyone on your team.

  6. Click Save.

Your new view will now appear as a tab in the Views section for quick access.

Update an Existing View

You can modify any saved view at any time:

  1. Open the view you want to update.

  2. Adjust the filters to refine which deals are shown (e.g., change the stage, update date ranges, add or remove criteria).

  3. Click Save View to update it.

This updates the existing view with your new filter settings.

Manage Your Views

To organize your saved deal views:

  • Click the three dots (⋯) next to any view name to:

    • Rename the view

    • Duplicate it (create a copy with the same filters)

    • Delete it if it’s no longer needed

This makes it easy to keep your list of views clean and relevant.
