Create and manage views in the partner overview

Learn how to create, update, and organize saved partner views for quick access in your Partner Overview

The Partner overview gives you a complete picture of all your partners. To make it easier to focus on what matters most, you can use Views which is a saved combination of filters that you can save and access anytime.

How to create a view

  1. Go to your Partner Overview.

  2. Use the filter options at the top (e.g., Tier, Country, Experience) to narrow down the partners you want to see.

  3. Once your filters are set, click Create view.

  4. Give your view a clear name (e.g., “Gold Partners” or “EMEA Partners”).

  5. Choose whether you want to save it as:

    • Private View – visible only to you.

    • Shared View – shared with all partner managers in your organization.

  6. Click Save.

Your new view will now appear in the Views tabs for quick access.


Updating a View

You can change an existing view anytime:

  1. Open the view.

  2. Add, remove, or adjust filters as needed.

  3. Click Save View to update it.

For example, you can add Type = reseller to your “Gold Partners” view and save it again.


Managing Your Views

Click the three dots next to any view name to:

  • Rename the view

  • Duplicate it (create a copy including all filters)

  • Remove it if you no longer need it
