The Quotes & Line Items feature lets you control how partners interact with deal details in shared pipelines. You can let them view, create, or edit quotes and line items while keeping your CRM data accurate and enforceable.
This ensures partners have the right tools to collaborate on deals without needing full CRM access.
Important: If your CRM integration was connected before January 1, 2026, make sure to install the update or reconnect via the Introw integrations page. This ensures quotes and line items/products sync correctly with your CRM and partners have full access to the latest data.

How to set it up
In your Experience Builder, open the pipeline section for your shared deals and click Configure (⚙️). Under Quotes & Line items, you can enable:
Show Line Items – Partners can view the products or services attached to a deal.
Edit Line Items – Partners can update quantities or add new products; changes sync back to your CRM automatically.
Show Quotes – Partners can view existing quotes associated with a deal.
Allow Partners to Create Quotes – Partners can generate new quotes directly in the shared deal experience.
Once the experience is saved and published, partners can immediately interact with deals according to the settings you’ve enabled.
Allow Partners to Edit Line Items
When Edit Line Items is enabled, partners can update the products or services associated with a deal directly in the shared pipeline. This includes adjusting quantities or adding approved products from your CRM’s product library. All changes are synced back to your CRM automatically.
Within a deal detail, a partner will be able to edit line items.
Allow partners to generate quotes
When this setting is enabled, partners gain the ability to generate new quotes. You can further configure these quotes to maintain accuracy and enforceability.
Quote Template Layout – Choose the CRM quote template partners should use.
Signature Requirement – Decide whether a partner or customer signature is required before the quote is finalized.
Payment Collection – Specify the payment method to streamline processing.
Expiration Date – Lock the quote after a specific date to prevent changes.

How it works behind the scenes
Introw pulls quote and line item data directly from your CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and keeps it in sync automatically.
Product data like name, SKU, and price are always taken from your CRM’s product library so partners are always seeing accurate, up‑to‑date information.
Line item edits made by partners (if enabled) are synced back to your CRM and reflected in the deal record — keeping your internal team aligned.
If a deal in your CRM has no quotes or line items, nothing will appear — meaning partners only see relevant data.
Why do you want to enable this feature
Enabling quotes and line items in your partner deal view gives you:
Deeper context for partners — they understand exactly what’s in a deal and what’s been proposed.
Fewer manual updates — partners don’t need to ask for attachments or CRM quote links.
