When Allow partners to create quotes is enabled, partners can generate quotes directly from a shared deal using your CRM templates. This gives partners a structured, guided way to produce accurate and compliant quotes without relying on your internal team for manual creation.

This feature is part of the broader Quotes & Line Items configuration, where you can control line item visibility, editing, and quote access across shared deals.

How the Partner Quote creation flow works

Partners start by opening the deal detail in their shared pipeline and clicking “Add” in the quotes section. Introw will pre-populate buyer and seller details from the CRM data, and guides the partner through reviewing and adjusting line items (if editing is allowed), completing any required signature steps, reviewing purchase terms and comments, and finally publishing the quote. Once published, the quote is synced back to your CRM, keeping the deal record up to date.

1. Buyer & Seller Information

Buyer and seller details are automatically fetched from the associated deal using information from your CRM. Partners can quickly set the buyer as either the partner purchasing the product from your company (the vendor) or the end customer associated with the deal, covering all common sales flows. This ensures the quote is issued with the correct customer and seller data without requiring manual input from the partner.

2. Review and Adjust Line Items (if allowed)

Partners review the products or services included in the deal and can adjust line items if editing is enabled. All products come from your CRM’s product catalog, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

3. Signature Step

If required, the quote can include a signature step for the partner or customer before it can be finalized. This helps ensure the quote is enforceable and aligned with your approval rules.

4. Review Quote

Before publishing, partners can review the quote, including:

  • Quote title

  • Expiration date

  • Comments or notes

  • Purchase terms

This step helps ensure clarity and avoids last-minute corrections.

5. Publish the Quote

Once reviewed, the partner can set the quote status to Draft or Published. The quote is created in to your CRM and synced back to Introw, where it becomes part of the deal record.

All data is directly synced from Introw to your CRM.
