When a deal or any other CRM object is shared with a partner in Introw, both sides can view it, update properties, leave comments, and stay notified — all in one shared workspace. Every change syncs back to your CRM automatically.
Configure what partners can view and edit
In the experience builder, open the deal pipeline embed and go to its configuration panel. For each CRM property, you can control exactly what your partner can do:
View only — the partner can see the property value but cannot edit it
Editable — the partner can update the value directly from their shared portal
Notifications — the partner is automatically notified when that property changes
Note: Only properties that are editable in your CRM can be set to editable in Introw.
For example, you can allow a partner to edit the deal stage and close date. Any change they make in Introw syncs to your CRM immediately — no manual update needed on either side.
Introw tip: Start with a focused set of editable properties and expand from there. Giving partners edit access to too many fields at once can create friction and confusion.
Line items
For reseller partners, you can also allow them to manage line items directly from the deal view. Partners can search your CRM product library by name or SKU, add products, and adjust quantities. All changes are logged in the deal's activity feed.
Keep partners informed with notifications
Notifications let partners stay on top of deal activity without needing to log in and check manually. You can configure exactly which property changes trigger a notification — per CRM embed, per partner experience.
To enable: in the experience builder, open the configuration panel of the pipeline embed. Select a property and toggle notifications on.
A 🔔 icon appears next to each tracked property. Any update to that property — whether made in Introw or directly in your CRM — automatically notifies the relevant partner contacts.
You can also manage all notification settings in one place from the Notifications tab within the pipeline section.
Introw tip: Enable notifications for high-signal properties like deal stage and close date. This keeps partners engaged without overwhelming them with every minor update.
Slack notifications
If your workspace has Slack connected, partner notifications are also delivered directly to Slack. Partners receive a message when tracked deal events occur — such as a stage change, a new comment, or a deal being added to their portal.
