This article explains the CRM User role, its permissions, and how it differs from other roles within Introw. Please review the information below to understand what this HubSpot only role can and cannot do in the Introw partner portal.

How to use the Introw card via HubSpot

CRM Users access the Partner Portal exclusively via the HubSpot UI card and separate Introw login credentials are not needed. Learn more

Users with the CRM User role that try to login to rooms.introw.io will be redirected to use the HubSpot flow.

Overview

  • Login method:

    • CRM Users access the Partner Portal exclusively via HubSpot by clicking the Introw collaboration card.

    • Separate Introw login credentials are not required.

    • Only users who have been assigned an Introw user role with HubSpot Only permissions will be redirected into the Partner Portal.

      • If a user without this role clicks the card, they will see the Introw login page.

      • This ensures:

        • Access is granted only to approved users.

        • Unauthorized HubSpot users are clearly notified that additional permissions are required.

  • Partner info via the Introw card:

    • Before entering the portal, the Introw Collaboration card already provides valuable context, including:

      • Who the partner organization is

      • The main contact person for that partner internally (partner manager)

      • The main contact person of the partner externally (partner champion)

      • The tier the partner is currently assigned to

    • This ensures CRM Users always have a clear snapshot of partner details at a glance.

What CRM users can do

When assigned this role, CRM Users receive a portal experience similar to a partner, with three main benefits:

Pipeline visibility

  • View partner submitted and attributed deal pipeline in the portal.

  • Track deal status and updates at any stage.

Collaboration on deals (leads, tickets, contact, companies or any CRM attributed object)

  • Register new deals via the Partner Portal.

  • Work directly with partners on deal details and updates.

  • Maintain alignment between HubSpot CRM and the Partner Portal without switching platforms.

Access to Partner Resources

  • Access to shared documents and other enablement content

  • Overview on task progress
