In the top-right corner of the course builder, access the main course settings. After creating your outline and content, configure these settings to control learner experience, track progress, and manage certifications. The AI Course Builder makes it easy to set up both basic and advanced options for a professional, engaging course.

  • Go to Portal → Courses.

  • Open the course you want to configure.

  • Click Configure ( represented by the gear icon).

Here, you can adjust everything from the course title and description to advanced features like AI guidance and enrollment filters.

Basic Course Settings

These settings help you define and showcase your course so learners can quickly understand and access it. The title, description, and thumbnail will appear in the portal, course catalog, and email notifications.

  • Course name: Clear and concise, appears in catalog, dashboards, and notifications.

  • Description: Brief, engaging, learner-focused; include prerequisites or audience.

  • Thumbnail: High-quality 16:9 image representing the course.

Advanced Course Settings

These settings allow you to control course deadlines and assessment requirements, helping ensure learners complete courses on time and achieve the intended learning outcomes.

Due Dates – Set deadlines for course completion:

  • Relative Date: Specify a number of days after a learner enrollment.

  • Fixed Date: Set a specific calendar date that applies to all learners.

Minimum Passing Score – Define the minimum score required to pass each quiz or the overall course.

  • Ensures learners meet the learning objectives before progressing.

  • If not enabled, no minimum score will be required.

Button Labels

Customize the text displayed on key action buttons throughout the course.

Personalizing button labels helps align the course interface with your tone or branding.
Tip: Use clear, action-oriented labels to guide learners naturally through the course.

  • Examples include:

    • “Finish Course” – Finalize the last lesson or module of a course

    • “Next Section” – Move to the next chapter

    • “Submit Answer” – Submit an answer to an assessment

Enrollment settings

Control which partner users are eligible to enroll in courses automatically based on defined filters.

Filters can be set using CRM and Introw properties such as Tier, Phase, Experience, Country, Language, and more. Partner users who match these filters will see the relevant courses dynamically appear in their portal and will be automatically eligible to enroll.

💡 Introw: Note that learners must still click "Enroll" to begin a course; the filters only determine which courses are visible and available for enrollment.

Certificate settings

Enable certificates to automatically issue upon course completion and customize certificate details via the certification module - Learn more

  • Certificates provide recognition and motivate learners to complete the course.

AI Agent

AI-powered learning assistance for a personalized experience as our AI agent makes your course interactive and responsive to learner progress via:

  • AI-generated feedback on quizzes

  • Conversational guidance through chapters

Saving and updating Course settings

  • After configuring your course, click Save Settings to apply changes.

  • Settings can be updated anytime, giving you flexibility to adjust course requirements, features, or certificates as your course evolves.
