Manage your partner program by just talking to Claude

We launched our Claude MCP connector, allowing you to connect Claude directly to Introw and manage your partner program through natural conversation. This is a huge change in how partner program managers and their teams interact with their PRM — no more navigating menus or making manual updates. Just tell Claude what needs to happen, and it handles the rest.

What you can do

  • Register and update deals — Ask Claude to register a new deal, update a deal stage, or add notes to an opportunity, and it will reflect instantly in Introw.

  • Assign follow-ups and tasks — Delegate next steps to partners or team members directly through conversation, without logging into the portal.

  • Log partner activity — Track meetings, calls, and touchpoints by simply describing what happened. Claude captures and syncs it back to Introw automatically.

  • Query your partner data — Ask questions like "Which partners haven't registered a deal in the last 30 days?" and get instant answers drawn from your live Introw data.

Upload SCORM files directly into Introw's course module and put your existing e-learning content to work immediately — no rebuilding required. Goals on certificates

Certificates can now include a goal, giving partners a clear target tied to their achievement — whether that's a revenue milestone, a number of deals, or a training objective. Particularly useful for tiered programs where partners need to know exactly what's required to progress. Learn more
