How it works
The integration uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard that lets AI models like Claude connect securely to the tools you already use.
When you connect Claude to Introw:
Claude authenticates on your behalf using your Introw credentials.
Every query is scoped to your user permissions — the exact same access rules that apply when you log into Introw directly.
No data bleeds across users. A partner manager sees their partners and deals. An admin sees what an admin sees. Your data stays yours, always.
Claude becomes a smart, always-on layer on top of your existing Introw access — not a workaround, not a shortcut, but a genuinely better way to stay on top of your partner ecosystem.

🔧 For Claude owners — setting up the MCP connection
This only needs to be done once. Once you've completed these steps, everyone on your team can connect their own Introw account to Claude in seconds.
Step 1 – Go to Integrations in Introw
Inside your Introw workspace, navigate to Settings → Integrations and find the Claude integration. Click Configure.
Step 2 – Copy the MCP URL
Introw will generate an MCP connector URL. Copy it — you'll need it in the next step.
Step 3 – Add the connector in Claude
Go to claude.ai/customize/connectors and click Add customer connector, paste the MCP URL, authorize and confirm.
Introw will now appear as an available connector for all users in your Claude organisation to connect with.

👤 For claud users — connecting your Introw account to Claude
Once your Claude owner has completed the setup above, connecting your personal Introw account takes less than a minute.
Step 1 – Open Claude and go to Customize
Go to claude.ai/customize/connectors or claude.ai and click Customize → Connectors.
Step 2 – Find Introw and connect
Introw will appear in the list. Click Connect and sign in with your Introw credentials to authorise access.
Step 3 – Start exploring
Open a new Claude chat and try asking something like:
"Generate a QBR for Amazon"
Claude will pull your live Introw data and respond in full context. From here, the possibilities are wide open.

Permissions and data security
Claude's access mirrors your Introw access exactly — the same data, the same actions, the same boundaries. If you can see it or do it in Introw, Claude can too. If you can't, neither can Claude.
On top of that, you're in full control of how Claude behaves. For each capability like adding comments, retrieving tier information, updating deals, creating tasks you can choose one of three modes:
Mode | What it means |
✅ Allowed | Claude performs the action automatically |
🔔 Approval required | Claude asks for your confirmation before acting |
🚫 Blocked | Claude cannot perform this action at all |
This means you can move fast where you trust it, and stay in control where it matters. For example, you might allow Claude to read all partner data freely, require approval before it adds comments, and block it from updating deal stages entirely — all at once.
Frequently asked questions
Does Claude store my Introw data? No. Claude does not persist your Introw data between sessions. Data is fetched in real time when you ask a question and is never stored by Claude or Anthropic.
Can other Claude users see my partner data? Absolutely not. The MCP connection is tied to your individual Introw account. Your data is never shared with other Claude users.
Do I need a specific Introw plan to use this? This feature is available on all Introw paid plans. You'll also need a Claude.ai Pro subscription or above to use MCP integrations.
