What are Partner Goals?

Introw's partner goals are performance targets that update automatically using real-time data from your connected CRM (such as HubSpot or Salesforce). Instead of asking partners or partners managers to report progress manually, Introw pulls the latest data directly from your CRM and displays them in your partner’s goals overview.

These goals can help you measure:

  • Referrals submitted

  • Qualified leads created

  • Revenue sourced or influenced

  • Tickets resolved

  • etc.

Because the data comes directly from your CRM, it’s always accurate, up-to-date, and standardized across all partners.

How to create Partner goals

  • Define what you want to measure
Set the core details of your goal: its name, visibility, and the CRM object or metric to track, such as revenue, pipeline, or activities. Refine what counts toward the goal by choosing which partner attributions to include, how progress is calculated (count or sum), which date property determines eligibility, and any filters that narrow the data to what truly matters.

  • Select a timeframe
Define how often the goal is defined by choosing a custom, monthly, quarterly, or annual frequency.

  • Choose who the goal applies to
Decide whether the target type should be partner specific or defaulted for an an entire tier of partners.

  • Set the target
Enter the numerical target you want partners to reach, whether that’s a revenue amount, the number of sourced opportunities, or activity-based metrics.

  • Assign the goal
Once assigned, partners can view their progress in real time on their Introw portal, automatically updated from your CRM.

  • Track performance of the goal
You can monitor goal progress both from the main goals overview and within each partner’s detail page. Introw users can see exactly which CRM records contribute to a partner’s progress, ensuring full transparency into how results are calculated.

  • Clicking on any goal card opens a detailed view showing the underlying records, allowing you to quickly validate performance and understand what is driving the numbers.
