Overview

The Introw app cards allow you to view and manage Introw's partner course enrollments and certificates directly inside HubSpot. By adding these cards to your HubSpot record layouts, you can quickly see a contact’s learning progress and earned certificates without leaving HubSpot.

Before you start

  • You must have the Introw app installed in HubSpot

    • Introw installations created before January 1, 2026 must be reconnected to enable the new course enrollment and certificate cards.

    • Reconnecting the app grants the additional HubSpot scopes required for these cards to function correctly.

    • New installations made on or after January 1, 2026 already include the required permissions.

  • You need permission to customize HubSpot record views

    • This is required to add or replace Introw app cards in your HubSpot sidebars.

Reconnecting ensures HubSpot can securely access the data needed to show Introw course enrollments and certificates inside your records.

What you’ll see in HubSpot

You can view Introw course enrollment and certificate data on multiple HubSpot objects. This setup allows you to track learning progress both at a high level (per company) and at a detailed level (per partner contact and per course), giving your sales, support, and partner teams visibility into training and certification status directly inside HubSpot.

  • Company object: See which courses are associated with the company and track overall partner learning activity.

  • Introw Course Enrollments app object: Get a detailed view of enrollments, including:

    • Which users are enrolled in a course

    • Who has completed the course

    • Which partner or company each enrollment belongs to

  • Contact record: See individual users’ certifications and which certificates they have earned.

On the Company object, you can see both course enrollments and certificates for the company’s partner contacts. Each enrollment is shown for every partner contact, and each certificate reflects every certified contact within the company. This gives you a complete overview of your partners’ learning activity and certification status at the company level.

In addition, the Introw Course Enrollments app object provides a more detailed view. On this object, you can see:

  • Which users are enrolled in a course

  • Who has completed the course

  • Which partner or company the enrollment belongs to

On the Contact record, you can track individual users’ certifications. This allows you to see who is certified and which certificates they have earned, giving your team visibility into each user’s learning achievements.
