Overview
Introw syncs partner course enrollments and certificates directly into Salesforce. By adding Introw's related lists to your Salesforce page layouts, your team can track a partner's learning progress and earned certificates without ever leaving Salesforce.
Before you start
You must have the Introw app connected to Salesforce
Introw installations created before January 1, 2026 must be reconnected to enable the course enrollment and certificate objects in Salesforce.
Reconnecting the app grants the additional permissions required for Introw to sync course and certificate data into your Salesforce org.
New installations made on or after January 1, 2026 already include the required permissions.
You need Salesforce admin permissions to edit page layouts
This is required to add Introw related lists to your Account and Contact page layouts.
Reconnecting ensures Salesforce can securely access the data needed to display Introw course enrollments and certificates on your records.
Add Introw course cards to Account page layouts
Introw syncs course enrollment and certificate data at both the Account and Contact level. To see this data on your records, you need to add the Introw related lists to the relevant Salesforce page layouts.
To add the Introw course enrollment and certificate related lists to Account records:
In Salesforce, go to Setup
Navigate to Object Manager and select Account
Click on Page Layouts
Select the page layout you want to edit
Scroll to the Related Lists section in the layout editor
Drag the Introw Course Enrollments and/or Introw Certificates related lists into the Related Lists section of the layout
Save your changes
💡 Introw Tip: If you use Lightning Record Pages, you can also add these components via the Lightning App Builder. Edit the Account record page, drag a Related List component onto the layout, and select the Introw Course Enrollments or Introw Certificates list.
Add Introw course cards to Contact page layouts
To track individual partner contacts' learning progress and certifications, add the same related lists to your Contact page layout:
In Salesforce, go to Setup
Navigate to Object Manager and select Contact
Click on Page Layouts
Select the page layout you want to edit
Scroll to the Related Lists section in the layout editor
Drag the Introw Course Enrollments and/or Introw Certificates related lists into the Related Lists section
Save your changes
💡 Introw Tip: Repeat these steps for any other objects or page layouts where you want Introw course data to appear.
What you'll see in Salesforce
Once the related lists are added, Introw displays course enrollment and certificate data across your Salesforce records. This setup gives your sales, support, and partner teams full visibility into training and certification status — directly inside Salesforce.
Account record: See all course enrollments and certificates for the partner company. Each enrollment is shown for every partner contact, and each certificate reflects every certified contact within the account. Introw gives you a complete overview of your partners' learning activity and certification status at the account level.
Contact record: Track individual partner contacts' certifications and which certificates they have earned. Course enrollments are also visible on the Contact record, giving your team a complete view of each contact's learning progress and achievements.
