Connect your Salesforce account
Go to https://rooms.introw.io
To get started, navigate to the Settings section of your navigation bar. From there, click on Integrations and click
Connect
on the Salesforce card
Enter your Salesforce login and choose the correct Salesforce account you would want to link to Introw.
Click on 'Allow' to proceed.
Choose how you store your partners in Salesforce.
To be able to import partners from your CRM, we need to know how you store them.
This can be done as either as an account or as custom object.
In this example: we store our partners as regular Salesforce Accounts.
Find your partners in Salesforce.
Once we know how you store your partners in your CRM, we will try to find them by identifying them based on filters. This way you can decide to only import for example your Reseller partners or Integration partners by using the filters.
By default Introw will try to suggest partners from your Salesforce account by filtering with the Account type set for Partner.
Configure your partner attribution
Choose which objects you link to your partners and how you attribute partners to those objects. You can link opportunities, leads, accounts or cases to your partners.
In this example we say that in our CRM we link our opportunities to our partner via a relation table.

Identify the foreign key for the opportunity (in this example: Opportunity ID)
Identify the foreign key for the partner (in this example Account ID)
Attributing other Salesforce objects to partners
In Introw, you can configure how you link your partners in Salesforce to multiple objects like Opportunities, Cases, Leads, etc.
You can follow the same flow as described above and identify which object you attribute to partners and how that attribution is done within your Salesforce account.

Finish the configuration
Make sure to Finish the configuration so Introw can start gathering all the data from your CRM and setup all your partners in no time.
Once this is done, Introw will automatically create your opportunity or cases pipelines for your specific partners and keep them up-to-date in real-time without leaving your partner portal.
