Connect your Salesforce account
Go to https://rooms.introw.io
To get started, navigate to the Settings section of your navigation bar. From there, click on Integrations and click
Connecton the Salesforce card
Enter your Salesforce login and choose the correct Salesforce account you would want to link to Introw.
Click on 'Allow' to proceed.
Configure your way of linking partners in Salesforce
In Introw, you can configure how you link your partners in Salesforce to multiple objects like Accounts, Opportunities, Leads, Cases, etc.
Example: via an association label "Partner" on opportunities
Make sure to Finish the configuration!
Once this is done, Introw will automatically create your opportunity, lead or case pipelines for your specific partners and keep them up-to-date in real-time without leaving their partner room.
