Make sure you have connected your Introw account to the right Salesforce account. If not, please check out this article: connecting-salesforce-to-Introw

Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click on Configure.

Step 1: How do you store your partners in Hubspot

Choose how you store your partners in Salesforce.

In this example: we store our partners as regular Salesforce Accounts.

Step 2: Find your partners in your CRM

By default Introw will try to suggest partners from your Salesforce account by filtering with the Account type set for Partner.
In case you use a different configuration to identify a partner, simply adjust the filter.

You can adjust the filter and look up the right object or record type ID.

Step 3: Select which objects you link with partners

  • Choose which objects you link to your partners to attribute their influence.
You can link opportunities, leads, accounts or cases to your partners.

In this example we say that in our CRM we link our opportunities to our partner via a relation table.

  • Select which object you use to link a partner to an opportunity via a relation table

In this example we say that in our CRM we link our opportunities to our partner via a relation table to the object "Opportunity partner"

  • Identify the foreign key for the opportunity (in this example: Opportunity ID)

  • Identify the foreign key for the partner (in this example Account ID)

Make sure to click "Add opportunity attribution" so Introw can gather all relevant information from this attribution.

Step 4: Click finish

When you click Finish, we will automatically create all the relevant Introw partners, give you a great overview on their performance and you are ready to start collaborating with them in dedicated partner rooms.
